Ad Requirements/Info
- If you aren't submitting your ad or artwork electronically, please mail a good, clear copy of the ad or any artwork, including business card, to us. Ads and artwork must be suitable for scanning. We don't work from faxes as they aren't clear enough.
- Electronically submitted ads must be greyscale at 300 dpi resolution; colour ads must be CMYK at 300 dpi. Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines. PLEASE NOTE that in CMYK ads black type must be 100% black not "rich black" (combination of other colours as well as black). The Country Register cannot be responsible for poor printing if the ad does not meet requirements.
- Ads can be sent as jpeg, tif or PDF at a resolution of 250 dpi or higher in the size it will be printed. We aren't able to work with Microsoft products except to copy text from Microsoft Word and reformat it in our design software.
- Large files can be sent to us by using yousendit.com - a free file sending service.
Space for colour can be limited especially at holiday time so please call for availability. The Country Register does not guarantee colour availability.

The Alberta Country Register is available at all of the advertisers and at many rack locations throughout the province.
It can also be found at various shows and special events around Alberta as well as some regional tourist information centres, Travel Alberta Centres, many libraries and other locations. Circulation per issue is approx. 20,000 depending on advertising volume. If you know of a place that would like to distribute the paper, please contact us.
